I just couldn't resist myself posting this monologue from one of my favourite movies "American beauty" so here it goes....
" I guess I could be pretty pissed off about what happened to me but its hard to stay mad when there is so much beauty in the world...sometimes I feel like I am seeing it all at once and its too much.... my heart fills like a balloon that's about to burst then I try to relax and stop trying to hold on to it then it flows through me like rain and I can't feel anything but gratitude for every single moment of my stupid little life. "
It fills with me new spirits whenever I read these few lines. Hope it serves the same purpose for you.

well.. i didn't particularly liek anything about the movie except the rose bath (though i think mena suvari should have been replaced by someone sexier - say, salma hayek :P) and the video about the plastic bag and the soundtrack...

@ jay: yes, i agree its not stupid but here stupid is mentioned by a chap who basically wasted most of his life cribbing about things and stayin frustrated so well h tell dat part of his life stupid...one should be proud of it no doubt but as u said the plastic bag one should be grateful about things like that...for there is so much beauty in the world :)
